Allow the trees to wrap you in their embrace, grounding you in the deeply rooted wisdom of Mother Nature. This workshop will consist of a gentle stroll through Newlands Forest, meditations to connect to Earth and more deeply to yourself, embodiment practices to inspire the essence of 'Oneness' and of course the opportunity to connect with like-minded souls that could blossom into wholesome friendships.
